Organico is an e-commerce platform dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles through the sale of organic vegetable boxes. This project is structured as a two-part system, comprising a user-friendly Shop Front and a robust Admin Panel, seamlessly integrated to offer an efficient and dynamic online shopping experience.
Shop Front
The Shop Front is the face of Organico, where customers can browse and purchase a variety of organic vegetable boxes. Designed with user experience in mind, the Shop Front boasts a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy for customers to find and order their preferred organic products. The front-end is built using Next.js and React, ensuring a fast, responsive, and interactive user interface. StyledComponents are employed to give the website a unique, visually appealing design that aligns with the organic and natural ethos of the brand.
Authentication and Security
Security is paramount in Organico. We use Next Auth for secure authentication processes, ensuring that user data is protected. Additionally, Bcrypt.js is utilized for hashing and securing passwords, further enhancing the security of user data.

Admin Panel
The Admin Panel is the control center of Organico. It is a powerful tool designed for administrators to manage the e-commerce platform efficiently. Through this panel, administrators can upload new product categories and individual products. The process is straightforward and user-friendly, requiring no advanced technical skills. Once new products or categories are added through the Admin Panel, they are dynamically displayed on the Shop Front, making the process seamless and efficient.
Dynamic Display
The dynamic interaction between the Admin Panel and the Shop Front is facilitated using Axios for promise-based HTTP requests, ensuring that the data flow between the server (MongoDB) and the client-side is smooth and reliable. MongoDB is used for storing and managing data, which includes product information, categories, and user data. This database choice offers scalability and flexibility in handling the data needs of an e-commerce platform.
